ABORTION pt. 2

We often speak of the spiritual battlefield of the mind – but there is also the spiritual battlefield of the womb. The Bible is quite clear about this level of spiritual warfare; in fact, it is as old as the Bible itself and spans the length and breadth of Scripture.

Genesis 3:15, And I will put enmity between you (devil, Satan the enemy) and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, and you shall bruise him on the heel.”

Revelation 12:4, And the dragon (Satan, the enemy) stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour the child.

From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture speaks of the enmity between Satan and the womb, and of the seed or offspring of the womb. Scripture consistently witnesses to a battle for the womb: the story of the flood includes a battle in the womb (Genesis 6); the story of Moses birth and deliverance as a baby occurred in the context of warfare for the offspring of the womb (Exodus 1-2); Tamar fought for a baby through her line, which was the Messianic line (Genesis 38); and the birth of the Messiah occurred in the context of the spiritual war for the womb, similar to the days of Moses (Matthew 2).

The battle for the womb rages on today!

Moves of God that bring Revival and nationwide spiritual awakening are not birthed in church meetings. Apostles, prophets, great leaders, revivalists, world-changers, and history makers are not formed in universities and institutions of learning. All of them were known by the Father BEFORE they were formed in the womb, and all of them were consecrated by the Father for the fulfilment of His dreams while being formed in the womb, AS A CHILD IN THE WOMB – AS A FULLY ALIVE HUMAN BEING IN THE WOMB!

Will you take up the spiritual weapons of our warfare for victory in the battle for the womb? Will you pray?

PRAY THIS:
Heavenly Father, today, I join the movement of intercessors and prophets that You are raising across the globe today for the ending of abortion. Let Your Church arise and win the battle for the womb! Let a new generation of Your sons and daughters who have been rescued in the womb from the holocaust of abortion rise up and fulfill every dream and destiny You have assigned to them, all for the glory of the Cross and of Christ the King. In Jesus' name, amen.
